About Me

Dr. Vanderweil completed an undergraduate degree in biochemical sciences at Harvard University. He later obtained a medical degree from the University of Massachusetts medical school, where he stayed for his residency in dermatology. Prior to his employment at Kaiser, he was a clinic instructor in Northwestern University’s Department of Dermatology. His areas of interest include general dermatology and hair disorders like alopecia areata and the scarring alopecias.
